Section 1

General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ace456 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ace456 website located at ace456.club, including all games, betting markets, promotions, customer support interactions, and any other services offered through the platform (collectively, "the Services").

By completing the registration process, clicking the acceptance checkbox, or simply accessing any area of the ace456 platform beyond the publicly visible homepage, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account and must immediately cease using the Services.

ace456 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify active players via the contact details registered on their account. Continued use of the Services following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We therefore recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ace456 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform.

Governing language: These Terms are drafted and published in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall be the authoritative version.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the ace456 platform and its real-money gaming Services is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and use ace456 if all of the following conditions are met:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. ace456 is strictly an adult gaming platform. Players aged under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any real-money game or betting market on the platform.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Own account: You are registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own identity and your own funds. Playing on behalf of another person or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You have not previously been subject to a self-exclusion order on ace456 that remains in effect at the time of registration or login.
• Single account: You do not already hold an active or suspended account on ace456. Each player is permitted to hold only one account at any time.

ace456 enforces age and identity verification for all new accounts. We may request supporting documentation — including a government-issued national identity card, passport, or other acceptable identification — at the time of registration or before processing your first withdrawal. Accounts that cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution and may be permanently closed if verification cannot be completed.

If ace456 discovers at any time that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, the account will be closed immediately. Any balance held in the account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with the circumstances: funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source; funds derived from bonus play by an ineligible player may be forfeited.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming Services on ace456, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. The following terms govern account registration and maintenance.

Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or closure.

One account per player: Each individual may hold only one ace456 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created accidentally or deliberately — will be merged or closed. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts may be voided and the duplicate balance forfeited.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ace456 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to secure their credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ace456 support immediately.

Contact information updates: You must ensure that your registered contact details — particularly your mobile number and email address — remain current at all times. ace456 uses these details for identity verification, payment notifications, and responsible gaming communications. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or account verification.

Account verification: ace456 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, we may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• A colour copy or photograph of a valid government-issued national ID card or passport.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot confirming the registered bKash or Nagad number belongs to you).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in our verification request may result in temporary account restriction until verification is complete.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ace456 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern deposits into and withdrawals from your ace456 account.

Accepted payment methods: ace456 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — mobile financial service
• Nagad — mobile financial service
• Rocket — mobile financial service (Dutch-Bangla Bank)
• Upay — mobile financial service
• Visa (deposit only, internationally issued cards)
• Mastercard (deposit only, internationally issued cards)

Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment source.

Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ace456 wallet within thirty seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Delays caused by downtime on the payment provider's side are outside ace456's control. If a deposit is not reflected in your wallet within fifteen minutes, please contact support.

Withdrawals — processing time: Withdrawal requests for amounts under ৳50,000 are typically processed within a few hours of submission, provided that the player's KYC verification is complete. Requests for amounts above ৳50,000 may require additional review and will be processed within one business day. ace456 does not impose unnecessary delays on withdrawal processing.

Withdrawals — matching payment method: For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals will normally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. Where this is not technically possible, alternative arrangements will be agreed with the player via our support team.

Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through legitimate means. ace456 does not accept deposits made using funds derived from criminal activity. Any account found to be processing funds linked to fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct will be immediately suspended, reported to relevant authorities, and all associated balances will be frozen pending investigation.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

ace456 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional conditions specific to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

Welcome bonus: New players at ace456 may be eligible to claim a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, minimum deposit threshold, and specific wagering requirements are published on the promotion page at the time of the offer. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, and payment method.

Wagering requirements: All bonuses issued by ace456 carry wagering requirements — a multiplier that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible game weightings are stated clearly on each individual promotion page. Games with high house edge (e.g., certain table game variants) may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution.

Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of issue. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled before the expiry date will be voided and removed from the account automatically. The expiry window for each bonus is stated at the time of issuance.

Bonus abuse: ace456 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. The following conduct may result in the voiding of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using bonus funds in a pattern designed to exploit low-risk bet combinations with the intent of satisfying wagering requirements without genuine game engagement.
• Coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional offers.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for bonuses for which the player is not eligible.

Seasonal promotions: ace456 runs promotional offers aligned with Bangladeshi cultural and sporting events, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), BPL season, and T20 World Cup tournaments. These promotions are available exclusively during the designated promotional period and are subject to the specific terms published for each offer.

ace456 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time if circumstances require it — including if the promotion is found to be the subject of systematic abuse. Where a promotion is terminated early, players who have already met the wagering requirements will retain any winnings generated.

Section 6

User Obligations

By using ace456, you agree to the following obligations. Failure to comply with these obligations constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent closure.

Lawful use: You agree to use the ace456 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform for any commercial purpose, for money laundering, for the processing of third-party funds, or for any activity that violates applicable law.

No automated activity: You must not use bots, scripts, automated tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated means to access, interact with, or place bets on the ace456 platform. All gaming activity must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.

No collusion: In multiplayer game formats and betting markets, you must not communicate with or coordinate strategies with other players in a manner that unfairly influences outcomes. Collusion, chip dumping, or any other form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

No hacking or interference: You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the ace456 platform, its servers, databases, or associated infrastructure. You must not introduce viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or alter the functioning of the platform.

Accurate communications: All communications with ace456 support — including account queries, payment disputes, and verification submissions — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information to support staff in order to obtain an unjust outcome constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.

Personal play only: You must not allow any third party to use your ace456 account. Each account is strictly personal to the registered holder. If we determine that an account is being shared or operated by multiple individuals, the account will be suspended pending investigation.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content available on the ace456 platform — including but not limited to the ace456 brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, photographs, icons, written content, game audio and visuals, marketing materials, and promotional copy — is the intellectual property of ace456 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

By accessing the ace456 platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any portion of the platform's content without prior written consent from ace456.
• Create derivative works based on the ace456 brand identity, interface design, or proprietary content.
• Use the ace456 name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context, advertisement, or endorsement without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, index, or systematically extract data from the ace456 platform using automated tools.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any game, application, or software component of the ace456 platform.

Game content available on ace456 is licensed from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in these games remain with the respective studios. ace456 does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to ace456 via support communications, surveys, or any other channel may be used by ace456 to improve the platform without any obligation to compensate the submitter.

If you believe that any content on the ace456 platform infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the email address in the footer with a detailed description of the alleged infringement. We will investigate all substantiated claims promptly.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

ace456 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• A duplicate account is discovered in violation of the one-account-per-player rule.
• The account is found to be involved in bonus abuse, collusion, automated play, or any other prohibited activity as described in Section 6.
• The account is being used to process third-party funds or for any money laundering-related activity.
• The account holder has previously been subject to a self-exclusion order that was still in effect at the time of re-registration.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to ace456.

Effect of suspension: During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, deposit funds, or access the gaming lobby. Pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the outcome of any investigation associated with the suspension.

Voluntary closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ace456 support via the email address in the footer. Before closing an account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and outstanding bonuses will be removed. A closure request will typically be actioned within two business days of receipt.

Self-exclusion: Players who feel they are experiencing problem gambling behaviour are strongly encouraged to request self-exclusion rather than simple account closure. Balance on closure: Where an account is closed at the player's request with a positive real-money balance and no outstanding compliance concerns, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus-derived funds may be forfeited. Real-money deposits less legitimately used funds will generally be returned, subject to the outcome of any fraud or compliance investigation.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace456's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the Services — whether in contract, tort, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ace456 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses.
